We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our team and work closely with the bookkeeper.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Accurate capturing of supplier invoices into Pastel Accounting
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting the bookkeeper with payment preparations and remittance advices
• Liaising with suppliers regarding queries and outstanding documents
• Performing general office administration duties
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory record updates
• Handling and recording cash sales
• Printing and organizing product labels
• Providing support with other ad hoc tasks as required by management

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar creditors/accounts’ payable role
• Proficient in Pastel Accounting and Microsoft Excel
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
• Experience in a stock-driven or retail environment
• Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask
• Trustworthy with handling cash and sensitive financial data
