JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Outstanding reconciliation ability (assessment will be done)
Comfortable and experience in working with high volumes of approximately 70 – 100 accounts and 10 – 15 large accounts
Must be able to resolve all supplier queries independently
Previous software experience on Kerridge (adv), Excel (adv) and MS Office

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Capturing invoices on the system for payment
Matching invoices, delivery notes and GRV's received daily
Resolving all supplier queries independently
Generating monthly and weekly payments
Ensuring daily reconciliations are done accurately
Processing high volumes
Ensuring payment deadlines are met
