JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wonderful Opportunity within a multinational concern in the Financial and IT industry seeks your Minimum 5 years expereince as a creditors clerk invoicing and recons on SAGE 300 formerly known as ACCPAC ( NOT NEGOTIABLE) and handled a large volume of accounts .

Minimum Requirements :

EE (Employment Equity Position)

Qualifications and Experience

Matric
Working with the Accounts Payable Module in an accounting package.
Reconciliation of creditors.
Basic Excel
MUST be ITC clear and under no debt review

Experience Required:

Accpac (Sage 300)Experience
5 to 7 years’ experience required.
Handled a large number of Accounts
Knowledge of Accruals
Balance Intercompany Accounts

Committed to achieving deadlines.
Prepared to work overtime if necessary.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and honest

Responsibilities:

Capturing of invoices
Ensure invoices are SARS compliant
Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with levels of authority
Reconciliation and payment of creditors
Review and maintain age analysis
Invoice query resolution
Liaising with internal stakeholders
Filing
Liasing with cashbook to ensure all payments are allocated correctly,
