Creditors Clerk – JHB-EAST
R84k – R108k

Are you a self-starter and are self-motivated then this is position is for you, an exciting opportunity has just opened for a 6 month contract. Leading company in the mining space is looking for a high performing creditors clerk to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Processing all accounts payable
Checking accounts and employee payroll
Matching, checking, and processing supplier documents
Processing of approved invoices, ensuring of correct levels of authority
Following up on all outstanding invoices and reconciling items
Reconciling suppliers’ account
Timely and effective liaising with suppliers and following up on all queries received
Developing required reports relative to all aspects of account

The ideal candidate has:

1 years’ experience
Experience on Pastel Accounting (advantageous)
