Qualifications / Requirements:

• Post Matric qualification in bookkeeping / accounting / administration
• Position related experience - 3 years
• MS Office experience (MS Excel – at least intermediate level)
• ERP integrated business system experience

Key Performance Areas:

• Capture and process invoices daily
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and documented
• Work closely with the Purchasing Department to resolve price queries
• Work closely with the Receiving Department to resolve book-in queries
• Reconcile company age analysis to supplier''s statements
• Ensure that reconciliations are completed in time for monthly payment runs
• Assist in maintaining the unmatched receipts/unmatched returns reports
• Assist company accountant with information for monthly accruals
• Assists with audit queries
