Qualifications / Requirements:

Post Matric qualification in bookkeeping / accounting / administration
Position related experience - 3 years
MS Office experience (MS Excel – at least intermediate level)
ERP integrated business system experience

Key Performance Areas:

Capture and process invoices daily
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and documented
Work closely with the Purchasing Department to resolve price queries
Work closely with the Receiving Department to resolve book-in queries
Reconcile company age analysis to supplier''s statements
Ensure that reconciliations are completed in time for monthly payment runs
Assist in maintaining the unmatched receipts/unmatched returns reports
Assist company accountant with information for monthly accruals
Assists with audit queries
