SUMMARY:
Various positions available on the East Rand. Looking for you Corporate environment experience, to handle full Creditors function

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements

Matric

Minimum of 5 years'' Creditors experience in a Corporate environment essential (Mining, Construction, Manufacturing exposure will be an added advantage)

Literate on Syspro (any similar ERPsystem) and Advanced Excel

Valid Driver''s Licence with own transport

Responsibilities

Full Creditors function, handling large book values
Matching and batching of invoices and GRN''s
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Creditors reconciliations
Payment of Creditors
Assist Auditors at year end with Creditors queries etc.
Update Creditors master data
Compile, capture and maintain BEE information from suppliers
Good working knowledge of BEE codes etc.
