SUMMARY:
Durban. Opportunity exists for well-experienced Creditors Clerk with solid experience working on Pastel Evolution, as well as experience with processing of foreign creditors, to join established, passionate providers of luxury fabrics and dÃƒÂ©cor items. Please note: the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Ensure invoices are matched against requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes with reference to quantities, quality, description, and price
Ensure requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices are properly authorized
Processing local creditors
Processing foreign creditors and making foreign creditors payments
Banking - uploading of payments both local and foreign
Buying foreign currencies
Preparation and submission of creditors’ reconciliations
Prepare monthly analysis of the creditors list
Maintain vendor master listing
Opening of supplier accounts and negotiating credit limits
Assist with providing information for cashflow preparations
Meeting weekly with the Buyers and reconcile purchases to the creditors
