Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Creditors Clerk based in Brooklyn, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Sage 200 Evolution (Pastel Evolution), ERP systems, and stock control processes. A strong understanding of inter-company loan accounts and purchasing is essential, along with hands-on experience in both creditors and cashbook functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Pastel, is required. A Matric certificate is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Solid experience with Sage 200 Evolution (Pastel Evolution) and general Sage accounting software
• Proficient in ERP systems and stock control systems
• Strong understanding of inter-company loan accounts and purchasing processes
• Experienced in creditors and cashbook functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Pastel

• Manage the cash book and petty cash
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations
• Prepare supplier reconciliations
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare and load supplier and once-off payments

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
