POSITION INFO:

QUALIFICATIONS:
ï‚· Matric
ï‚· Credit Management 1, 2 or 3 or any Financial Courses (in process of studying)
ï‚· Experience in an open item and balance brought forward system
ï‚· Must have more than 5 years’ experience in Credit Control
ï‚· Computer Literate – Comfortable in ERP Environment
ï‚· Microsoft Excel – Advance
PERSONAL SKILLS:
ï‚· Team Player
ï‚· Sound communication skills
ï‚· Ability to work under pressure
ï‚· Leadership skills
ï‚· Ability to achieve set Targets and Collections
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
ï‚· Must be figure orientated
ï‚· Function in a Regional environment working with Branch Accounts
ï‚· Must be able to multi – task in related job functions
ï‚· Reconciliations on accounts 60 days and over is an inherent job requirement
ï‚· Candidate will need to demonstrate skills with regards to reconciliations
ï‚· Excellent follow up on overdue accounts
ï‚· Processing of payments
ï‚· Make decisions as to when account need to be sent to legal for hand over to attorneys
ï‚· Motivate team members
ï‚· Follow up on unallocated bank deposits
ï‚· Good telephone manner
ï‚· Self-motivated and outcome driven
ï‚· Strong theoretical understanding of Credit Control
ï‚· Work systematically to achieve set goals
ï‚· Adhere to Audit policies and procedures
ï‚· Adhere to procedures
