Credit Controller

JOB VACANCY: CREDIT CONTROLLER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meeting monthly collection targets

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders/Managers/departments/companies

• Generate ad-hoc reports monthly to C.A.L.M. and CFO

• Support legal handover of customers where necessary

• Contact customers for payments

• Timeously resolve all queries to ensure timely payments

• Ensure all customers' payments are allocated promptly

• Update Cashflow

• Prepare documents and submit for foreign payments

• Ensure all foreign payments are allocated promptly

• Monthly review of Receivables and Payables (intercompany) reconciliations

• Annual review and update of Liquidity policies

• Support and manage intercompany payables monthly

• Any Ad Hoc duties as requested
