A manufacturing and distribution company is currently seeking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join their finance team. As the Credit Controller Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full credit control function of direct-to-consumer business. This individual needs to have FMCG or Medical background with experience of dealing with 2 000+ consumers.

As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will responsible for the following:

Reconcile billing system with the invoicing report
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Investigate and oversee customer queries
Report on daily activities from team
Weekly & Month end reporting
Daily cash sales recons and allocations

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)

Credit Management / Finance Diploma or Completed Bcom

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar position

Medical device or FMCG experience

Dealt with 2 000 + Consumers

Management experience is preferred

Excel skill advanced would be preferred
