To supervise the Credit Control Team and to provide quality debt collection so that the collections targets are met while maintaining tenant relationships and the business remains sustainable

POSITION INFO:

An exciting career opportunity exists in Johannesburg, Gauteng for a Credit Control Team Leader within a Property Management environment. To supervise the Credit Control Team and to provide quality debt collection so that the collections targets are met while maintaining tenant relationships and the business remains sustainable. To supervise that payment arrangements are recorded, actioned and honoured.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Team Management
Credit Control/Collections Management
Customer Retention
Staff Supervision

Requirements:

NQF 6 in relevant field (Credit Control, Debtors, Bookkeeping, Collections or similar)
3 – 5 years’ experience in field is required (Credit Control, Debtors, Bookkeeping or Collections)
1 – 2 years debt collection supervisory experience is required (preferably in housing)
Housing Debt Collection team supervision experience is preferred

Salary: R18 000
