SUMMARY:
A leading property management company is looking to permanently employ a Credit Control Collection Agent Administrator in Rosebank, Johannesburg. If you consist of the following minimum requirements, we look forward to hearing from you!

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for application:

NQF 5 in Credit Control, Debtors, Bookkeeping or Collections
3-5 years’ experience in debt collection is required
MS Office computer literacy required
Must have driver’s license and own transport
Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver quality debt collection
Implement payment arrangements with tenants
Identify opportunities to improve collections
Resolve collections queries by conducting investigation
Report on Collections by gathering information
Provide financial education and support to tenants

Salary: R17K CTC
