SUMMARY:
Our client has an opportunity available for a Credit Control Clerk in the Durban area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12
Minimum of 1 to 2 years contributions experience
Understanding of legal principles relating to collection of debts
Good arithmetic skills
Ability to work under pressure

Duties:

Telephone collections and payment negotiations
Calculating and generating interest letters
Reconciling accounts/returns
Dealing with PFA queries
Attend to compliance queries
