Creative Manager – Digital and Product Design
 Overview
An opportunity available for an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Creative Manager to lead the design direction of our digital presence and product suite tailored to the real estate sector. This individual will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution for the corporate website, client-facing front-end website templates, and the overall user interface and experience of the real estate management platform. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the  brand is experienced across digital touchpoints and ensuring the clients' needs are met through intuitive, elegant design.
 Key Responsibilities

Brand & Digital Experience

• Oversee and evolve the visual identity of the company website and all branded digital assets.
• Ensure cohesive brand representation across web, platform UI, marketing materials, and client-facing templates.
• Maintain design consistency while iterating with innovation and evolving standards.

• Lead design of our proprietary real estate management system, focusing on usability, efficiency, and aesthetics.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Conduct or oversee user research and testing to validate design decisions.

• Design and maintain high-performing, visually appealing, and on-brand front-end templates for our real estate clients.
• Understand the real estate industry’s user behaviour and apply best practices in designing property search interfaces, listing displays, and lead generation tools.
• Guide implementation with the development team to ensure design fidelity.

• Manage and mentor internal and freelance designers as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, marketing, and client services.
• Define and uphold design processes, systems, and guidelines.

• 5+ years in a senior design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or creative director capacity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design, responsive web design, and brand identity work.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI best practices for SaaS platforms and CMS-driven websites
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Understanding of the real estate industry or B2B platforms is an advantage.
