Who are we looking for: An experienced and highly driven Creative Lead who can take ideas from concept to final execution with minimal supervision. You’re not just a designer- you’re a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes full ownership of your work.

What will you do:

Lead creative output across campaigns, events and marketing projects
Translate briefs and ideas into strong, distinctive creative concepts
Design high-quality presentations, branding, social, digital and marketing collateral
Ensure projects are delivered on time without compromising quality
Support and elevate brand presence across content and visuals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence

What will you need:

6 + years as a Senior Brand, Digital, Campaign Designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design execution
Ability to work quickly, proactively and independently
High attention to detail, layout, typography and finish
Excellent organisation and workflow management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Ability to manage feedback, revisions and deadlines efficiently
B.A. design degree
