POSITION INFO:

Tsogo Sun Digital looking for a visionary Creative Lead to elevate and energise its in‑house creative team within a fast‑growing online betting and iGaming environment. This is a digital‑first role at the heart of a high‑performance business—shaping campaigns, landing pages, CRM, paid media, customer journeys, motion, and conversion‑driving creative across multiple touchpoints.

You will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team, strengthen and evolve our visual identity, champion digital‑first excellence, and drive smarter, modern creative workflows—including AI‑powered innovation. This role blends strong creative judgement, commercial awareness, and people leadership, ideal for someone who can set the standard, inspire a team, and deliver bold, behaviour‑shifting creative in a rapid, results‑driven environment.

Our successful Creative Lead will…

• Lead and inspire the in‑house creative team, ensuring high‑quality, consistent and impactful output.
• Provide clear creative and visual direction across campaigns, briefs, and brand touchpoints.
• Strengthen and evolve CI, ensuring consistent brand expression across digital and physical channels.
• Drive digital‑first creative thinking, including UX/UI excellence and channel‑appropriate execution.
• Use performance insights to refine creative for clarity, engagement, conversion and commercial impact.
• Champion innovation, adopting AI and modern tools to elevate workflow speed and creative effectiveness.
• Safeguard brand governance, accuracy, compliance and overall creative quality.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members while fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, computer literacy (MS Office); good numeracy, verbal and written English skills; plus a relevant design‑related tertiary qualification; 6–8 years’ senior digital or creative leadership experience; proven ability to lead a creative team; a strong portfolio across campaigns, digital design and brand execution; advanced Adobe CC and strong Figma skills; experience in fast‑paced, multi‑brand environments; exposure to AI‑assisted creative workflows; and ideally experience using performance insights to refine creative and familiarity with online gaming or similarly fast‑moving digital sectors.
