Counter Salesperson with paint and retail experience

POSITION INFO:

The Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers with paint and related product sales while delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on providing product advice, processing sales transactions, handling customer queries, and supporting daily retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional advice on paint products and colour selection
Process sales transactions and ensure correct invoicing
Assist customers with paint and related product sales
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Strong customer service skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Omni System – advantageous
Sales experience in a paint or retail environment (advantageous)
