POSITION INFO:
A well established Dealership in Pietermaritzburg is looking for a experienced Dealership Costing and Motorplan Warranty Clerk to join their service department team.

Requirements:

• Matric with Mathematics as a subject
• Drivers licence
• Dealership Costing and Motorplan Warranty experience (not negotiable)

• Costing of job cards (service and repairs)
• Ensure Motorplan contracts are active
• Verify customer details
• Ensure all relative details of the vehicle are checked
• Ensure correct labour costs are allocated to repair costs
• Cost repair orders and process supplier invoices
• Responsible for Motorplan / Warranty claims
• Accurately check, submit and track all Motorplan / Warranty claims
• Attend to all Costing and Warranty enquiries
• Control parts return process
• Maintain a high CSI
