JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ordering food upon the chef’s recommendations
Source the best prices and quality
Capture invoices and credit notes
Calculation of Cost of Sale charges
Check on revenues, voids, and cash-ups
Ensuring stock-take procedures are in place
Check the temperature of trucks and goods
Check expiry dates
Responsible for signing received items

Qualifications and experience required:
Finance certificate or diploma
Familiar with all duties in the finance department
Work experience within the hospitality, restaurant, and fast-food outlet and/or similar industries
Experience with Word, Excel, and Email
ESP software experience
Stock-take experience
