We're seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant with a strong understanding of stock control, inventory management, and cost reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience within the FMCG sector and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced and performance-driven business.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management
2 to 3 years' experience in a Cost Accountant or similar role
Experience with stock management and inventory control
Exposure to Hospitality, Manufacturing, or FMCG environment
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control inventory levels across the business
Conduct stock reconciliations and investigate variances
Analyse cost trends and identify areas for improvement
Prepare accurate cost and inventory reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with month-end reporting and stock valuations
Work closely with operational teams to improve cost efficiencies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and stock management procedures
