SUMMARY:
Corporate Services Assistant

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised Corporate Services Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative, procurement, marketing and sales support. The role will assist with executive coordination, communications, travel arrangements, events and marketing activities while ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to the department.
Maintain departmental records, trackers and reports.
Assist with RFQs, tenders, supplier records and onboarding.
Coordinate executive schedules, meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, reports and meeting documentation.
Support marketing, sales, communications and branding activities.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials and LinkedIn content.
Support customer engagement and sales activities.
Liaise with design, branding and printing service providers.
Assist with industry events, exhibitions and corporate functions.
Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering and event materials.
Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in Business Administration, Procurement, Communications, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Previous Marketing and Sales experience is critical.
Experience with marketing campaigns, communications and branding initiatives.
Familiarity with RFQ/tender processes and supplier coordination is advantageous.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
