POSITION INFO:

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Corporate Services Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative, marketing, and coordination support across procurement, communications, and corporate services. This role ensures smooth operations by assisting with procurement administration, executive scheduling, travel arrangements, event logistics, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for departmental records, trackers, and reporting schedules

• Assist with RFQ/Tender documentation, supplier records, and compliance files

• Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, travel bookings, and governance reports

• Support marketing and sales campaigns, content creation, branding, and promotional activities

• Assist with internal communications, industry events, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in Business Administration, Procurement, Communications, Marketing, or Sales

• Proven marketing and sales experience (critical requirement)

• Familiarity with RFQ/Tender processes and supplier coordination advantageous

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
