REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of three years work experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times stressful environment
• An independent worker who can exercise discretion and good judgment
• Excellent organization skill, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and personality
• Handling calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Managing office supplies and consumables
• Maintain a database of company legal documentation and other legal activities
• Provide support for the legal team
• Support and perform research on legal topics
• Assist general counsel on corporate governance matters
• Assist in legal projects to improve efficiency and transparency within the department and internal clients
• Assists with special projects as assigned
• Assist with drafting legal agreements, assist with execution of agreements
