We’re looking for a Copywriter who can confidently write across multiple platforms, engage with audiences online, and bring clarity to financial and regulatory topics.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for creating and refining content that informs, educates, and builds trust with clients. This includes blogs, articles, newsletters, client emails, social media content, video scripts, and presentations.
A big part of your role will be simplifying complex financial, tax, and exchange control concepts into plain, easy-to-understand language. You’ll also ensure that all content aligns with brand tone, compliance requirements, and remains accurate and up to date.
You’ll engage with audiences on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, respond to comments and messages, and help manage online communities professionally. Where needed, you’ll escalate sensitive or technical queries to the right internal teams.
You’ll work closely with marketing, advisory, and operations teams to support campaigns, launches, and client communication. You’ll also track content performance and refine messaging based on what works.

What you’ll need to succeed- A qualification in Communications, Journalism, English, or similar
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in copywriting or content creation (financial services experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- The ability to simplify technical or regulatory information
- Confidence managing social media engagement and online communities
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- A collaborative approach and openness to feedback
