SUMMARY:
Role Purpose
To support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative workload across the business.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
Detail-oriented with a strong learning ability
Power Automate / Power Apps exposure advantageous but not essential

Business Value

Frees up senior resources from administrative and testing tasks
Improves stability and maintenance of AI and automation initiatives
Accelerates rollout and adoption of digital tools
Strengthens documentation, governance, and user support

Role Scope

Junior, non-developer support role
Works from documented processes and instructions
No independent system architecture or high-risk changes
Escalates complex technical or compliance matters

Key Responsibilities

Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents
Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals)
Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot
Perform testing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation
Provide first-line user support and assist with adoption
Ensure adherence to data governance and POPIA requirements

Scalable, cost-effective support role aligned with growing AI and automation usage
