SUMMARY:
Role Purpose
To support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative workload across the business.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with a strong learning ability
• Power Automate / Power Apps exposure advantageous but not essential

• Frees up senior resources from administrative and testing tasks
• Improves stability and maintenance of AI and automation initiatives
• Accelerates rollout and adoption of digital tools
• Strengthens documentation, governance, and user support

• Junior, non-developer support role
• Works from documented processes and instructions
• No independent system architecture or high-risk changes
• Escalates complex technical or compliance matters

• Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents
• Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals)
• Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot
• Perform testing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation
• Provide first-line user support and assist with adoption
• Ensure adherence to data governance and POPIA requirements
