Our client is seeking an innovative and technically skilled Copilot & AI Agent Specialist to help drive the development, deployment, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered business solutions across our organisation.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, partnering with business and technology teams to design intelligent agents that improve productivity, automate processes, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and AI solutions.
Configure prompts, knowledge sources, workflows, topics, actions, and integrations.
Develop AI-driven solutions that support operational and business processes.
Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other approved platforms.

Governance & Compliance

Maintain an inventory of AI and Copilot agents.
Monitor agent performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
Support documentation, risk assessments, operational procedures, and deployment approvals.
Contribute to AI governance and lifecycle management processes.

Business Engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and use cases.
Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Support user adoption and organisational change management activities.

Support & Optimisation

Provide second-line support for deployed agents.
Troubleshoot issues and identify enhancement opportunities.
Optimise agent performance and user experience.
Stay current with emerging Microsoft AI technologies and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.

Experience

Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
Exposure to Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
Understanding of prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience working with business stakeholders and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft Certified: AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
