South Africa's best and most trusted property investment group is looking for an energetic, dependable Afrikaans speaking Conveyancing Secretary to join their Cape Town office in N/S to grow their family.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Draft transfer documents
Request and obtain Municipal Clearance Certificates
Request and obtain transfer duty receipt
Liaise with bond attorneys and estate agents
Send updates to all parties involved
General Conveyancing secretary duties

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Conveyancing / Paralegal diploma (advantageous)
Lexis Convey experience (non-negotiable)
4 years’ experience in similar role – 2 years in a law firm
Able to work independently, efficient and fast
Attention to detail
Neat & presentable
Own transport (non-negotiable)
