Conveyancing Secretary – Bellville – R20,000 – R25,000 per month
We are looking for Full day Conveyancing Secretary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Opening and managing of files from beginning to finalisation
Drafting of transfer documents
Requesting and obtaining Municipal Rates Clearance Certificate
Requesting and obtaining Transfer duty receipt
Liaising with bond attorneys and deeds office
Send updates to estate agents and clients
General Conveyancing secretary duties
Deceased Estates and transfers
Educational Requirements:
Matric
Conveyancing course would be an advantage/Paralegal diploma
Experience and Skills Required:
E4 / Lexis Convey experience is essential
Must have at least 2 years of Transfer experience from a reputable law firm
Minimum 4/5 years of working experience in a similar role
Be able to work independently Attention to detail
Must be neat, presentable and be able to deal with clients in a professional manner
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
