SUMMARY:
Our client, a law firm, is on the lookout for a hardworking, on the ball Conveyancing Secretary based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • 2- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
  • Beneficial: Previous exposure to:
    • GhostConvey
    • LegalSuite
Duties:
  • Responsible for Title Transfers (Normal and Sectional Title Transfers).
  • Estate transfers.
  • Responsible for subdivision and consolidations.
  • Opening of sectional title registers.
