The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in conveyancing and demonstrate a strong understanding of property transfer processes. Fluency in Afrikaans is preferred to support client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and managing conveyancing documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions
• Coordinating property transfers and bond registrations

Requirements:
