Conveyancing Paralegal – Sectional Title Developments

SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in the North of Johannesburg is urgently seeking a Senior Conveyancing Secretary with Sectional Title Developments experience
Salary: R30 000 - R60 000 CTC based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Proven experience handling high-volume sectional title developments
• Able to manage conveyancing matters accurately and efficiently from instruction through to registration
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working on a Sectional Title Management System 
• Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Manage high-volume sectional title development transfers
• Attend to all administrative aspects of the conveyancing process
• Liaise with developers, purchasers, financial institutions and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the progress of transfers and ensure all registration requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates throughout the registration process
