Our client, based in Kloof, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their UK team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential conveyancing files, from instruction to post-completion
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts, transfer documents, and other conveyancing forms
• Conduct property searches, Land Registry checks, and liaise with relevant authorities
• Correspond with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions
• Prepare completion statements and handle financial transactions in accordance with firm procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records on the case management system
• Ensure all work complies with the UK’s Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards and relevant conveyancing protocols 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Junior Attorney. Experience in UK property law will be a great advantage
• Strong knowledge of UK residential conveyancing processes and Land Registry requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in using UK legal case management systems
• Experience using LEAP would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Must be willing to work UK hours - full time - in office
