POSITION INFO:
A well-established conveyancing firm in Central Cape Town is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal specialising in Bond Cancellations, with strong exposure to Nedbank and FNB Home Loans

Minimum requirements:

• 5–10 years’ proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Extensive experience handling Bond Cancellations
• Solid working knowledge of Nedbank and FNB Home Loans
• Experience liaising with major banks, including Nedbank, FNB and Standard Bank
• Strong understanding of end-to-end conveyancing processes
• Bond Registration experience will be advantageous
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Computer literate, with experience on conveyancing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
