Our client, a well-established law firm based in Lynnwood, Pretoria, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Bonds Secretary to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full bond registration process from inception to registration, liaising with banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders, preparing and attending to all conveyancing documentation, and ensuring matters are handled efficiently within required turnaround times. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Bonds Secretary.
• Must have experience working with Absa and Standard Bank bond registrations.
• Experience with Nedbank and SA Home Loans bond registrations will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work independently and manage the entire bond registration process from inception to registration.
• Must consistently achieve good turnaround times with minimal StorDoc rejections.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and effectively manage high volumes of work.
• Must be highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.

• To manage and coordinate the bond registration process from instruction to registration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and the requirements of banks, clients, and the conveyancing attorney are fulfilled efficiently and in compliance with legal and banking procedures.
