SUMMARY:
Our Legal client, based in Durban is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. 
Salary: R30 000 - R35 000 CTC, based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• LLB 
• Admitted as a Conveyancer
• Minimum 3+ years’ post-admission experience in conveyancing
• Proven experience with bonds and cancellations for Standard Bank, FNB, and Nedbank
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• Client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Manage property transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations from instruction through to finalisation
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions
• Draft and review conveyancing and related legal documents
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal support to the team and act as a resource where required
• Manage diaries and monitor deadlines, with a focus on post-completion processes
• Attend to routine file administration and supervised legal processes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and files
• Deliver consistently high levels of client service
