A well-established law firm based in Brackenfell, Cape Town is seeking an experienced and driven Conveyancer & Notary to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling bond registrations and property transfers from inception to finalization
• Liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and related stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing and regulatory requirements
• Managing high-volume files efficiently and accurately

• Admitted Conveyancer & Notary
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing
• Strong experience in Bonds and Transfers
• Proven experience working with ABSA, FNB, and Nedbank bond registrations
• Ability to manage files independently from instruction to registration
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong client communication and relationship management abilities
