We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the IT niche, with a growing footprint in contracting recruitment. Our Pretoria East team is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate 360 Consultant to help us connect top IT talent with dynamic contract opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development and client engagement to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top IT professionals in contract roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their project-based hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions.
Source top IT talent through job boards, networking, and proactive headhunting.
Oversee contractor onboarding, ensuring compliance with labour legislation (BCEA, LRA) and client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with payroll teams to manage contractor payments, deductions, and statutory benefits.
Advise clients and contractors on HR legislation, salary formats and structures, and contracting best practices.
Stay ahead of IT industry trends and contracting market shifts to offer valuable market insights.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (experience in contracting highly advantageous).
Strong understanding of HR legislation, BCEA, LRA, and payroll processes.
Knowledge of contracting recruitment models, rates, margins, and compliance requirements.
Skilled at building relationships with both clients and candidates in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own desk effectively.
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
