Content (Copywriting) Quality Assurance - Woodstock - 6 Month Contract

My client, a leading and well-known company in the E Commerce space requires a competent Content Quality Assurance Official to join their dynamic team.

 This is an initial 6 month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

The position is reprting to the Team Lead - Data Capture

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 Ensure that all content generated by the content creation team or provided by the company''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s brand partners meets the standards and syndication client requirements.

  REQUIREMENTS

Relevant tertiary qualification

MAC / PC literate

Understanding of systems & procedures

In-depth product knowledge across categories represented in SA Online Retail

SA Citizens only

Must be Criminal Clear

Must reside in the Greater Cape Town area

 Experience:

Experience in content creation, data capture, content editing, content validation and content QC

E Commerce and / or retail experience highly advantageous

 Responsibilities:

Validate the accuracy of content captured by the Data Capture Team

Validate content for consistency within brands, ranges and categories

Ensure all generated content meets the specified standards

Ensure all brand submitted content meets the specified standards

Ensure that customer-specific content aligns to customer’s required style

Provide constructive feedback to data capture team

 Outputs:

Highly accurate content within the company content repository for E Commerce syndication purposes
