JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking to employ individuals living with a disability on a 12 month Contact Centre NQF 2 Learnership opportunity. This role is focused on customer service, administration and client services.

Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record
  • National Senior Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • All applicants must have medical proof of disability
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Location: Cape Town

All applicants must not have completed a Contact Centre NQF 2 Learnership previously
