JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Take responsibility for Financial Risk on projects
Provide for on-site project risk pertaining to the finance and performance risk on the project
Contract management pertaining to finance and performance
Resource management pertaining to finance and performance
Liaise and report on projects

Job Requirements:

BTech or equivalent qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
5 years experience in construction project management and on-site management
