Construction General Foreman (3-MONTH CONTRACT) – NAMIBIA

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for a 3-month contract based near Swakopmund, Namibia.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Oversee earthworks, concrete works, and civil construction operations.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience in earthworks and concrete works.
• Experience with roads, pipelines, drainage systems, pump stations, and general civil infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Tailings dam construction experience will be advantageous.
• Valid passport required.
• Must be immediately available.
• Must reside in or willing to travel to the Swakopmund area.
