Conference Coordinator

SUMMARY:

• Manage conference and event bookings using Opera or similar systems.
• Prepare and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Liaise with clients to confirm requirements and special requests.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and pre-conference meetings with clients.
• Ensure all event logistics, décor, and setups meet estate standards.
• Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and post-event reports.
• Must come from a large lodge or hotel background
