SUMMARY:
Compliance and Payroll officer required in Durban

POSITION INFO:

We require a Compliance and Payroll officer to join our team

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

Duties:

Obtain bank proof of payment of all payroll deductions
Obtain proof of submission of all payroll statutory deductions
Ensure the payment was made within a reasonable time of receiving the funds
Ensure the submission and payment took place before the statutory deadline
Ensure the evidence for all the proof of payments and submissions is factual documentation and matches.
Reconcile payments, proof of submission, and official receipts to the payroll reports
Preferred candidates will speak Spanish and or Portuguese as this position will encompass not only South Africa but for countries across the continent.

Requirements:

Tertiary degree or Diploma
Experience in Payroll
Finance/Tax experience advantageous
Experience with PaySpace and VIP Premier essential
Advanced knowledge of SAGE/VIP Premier.
