Duties:

Scope, develop and execute against control testing plans, in accordance with existing procedures
Identify compliance control deficiencies, assess impact, and risk effects, and draw the appropriate conclusions to best communicate with management
Deliver executive reporting on test outputs to key compliance and cross-functional stakeholders
Validate that control weaknesses identified through testing are tracked, evaluated, prioritized based on risk, responded to, and closed
Aggregate and monitor testing results for trends, and escalate concerns to the appropriate levels of leadership

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data, Finance, IT, Science) or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification

Experience:

2 -3 years’ relevant (website/software/automation/manual/UAT) testing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Able to work both autonomously and within a team structure
Analytical
Problem-solving
Attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated
