Seeking a Compliance Officer, for a client based in Gauteng, Centurion.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
The candidate will be working for an insurance and wealth specialist industry. This role combines Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. The client is looking for an individual who pays attention to detail and has financial experience. It will be to your advantage if you are a FSCA Officer.

Duties:

Optimize workflow procedures in the office, assist colleagues and executives in planning and distributing information.
Ensure that the company is up to date with all the new developments in relevant legislation.
Drafting legal service agreements and non-disclosure.
Track progress of compliance monitoring against the annual plan.
Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are always recent.
Manage process of timely review of upcoming contract renewals.

Qualifications:

A completed LLB or a Financial Degree.

Experience:

2 years’ experience in a compliance role.
