Required Qualifications:

Professional Background:

• Law degree or similar academic background (e.g. economics, accounting etc.)

• Min. 5 years of professional experience, out of which 3 years in compliance matters with international background (e.g. design and implementation of compliance management systems , focus on anti-bribery, fair competion, anti-money laundering as a plus) including business partner due diligence and internal investigations

• Inhouse experience is beneficial, ideally within the industry

• High reputational profile (ethical integrity, high level of reliability);

• Resilient and capable to drive cultural change within the organization;

• High level of motivation, working autonomy;

• High level of both communication and social skills;

• Capability of cooperation and open minded towards innovation; and

• Proficient in English (business fluent)
