SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for one of our clients in the banking financial services sector, this person is a Compliance Officer, who is an Admitted Attorney, in the banking sector. Will be responsible for guiding the business and monitoring processes and procedures to ensure that Bank complies with all legislation relevant to the Bank.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience Required:

3 (three) years practicing as an admitted attorney; and/or
3(three) years in the field of compliance within the financial banking sector.
Subject matter expert on National Credit Act, Banks Act, Companies Act, FATCA/CRS, Protection of Personal Information Act, and other relevant legislation.

Qualification/s Required:

Law degree and admitted attorney/advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
An accredited member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa.
