POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Company Secretarial Administrator in the Accounting | Audit | Corporate Services Industry
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Company Secretarial Practice | Corporate Governance | Law | Accounting or related field required
Proficient in CIPC e-Services and ProfSec advantageous
Strong knowledge of Companies Act 71 of 2008 | Corporate Governance | Statutory Compliance | Annual Returns | Director Amendments | Share Transfers | Beneficial Ownership | FICA | PAIA and POPIA compliance will be beneficial
Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
